The extract conducts meaning a significant amount from these four elements. The first element is Camara Shots, angles, movement, and comp. osition. The extract uses techniques such as over-the shoulder shot greatly, but uses others such as, medium shots, tracking, tilts, and more. the most reoccurring camera angle was Over-the-Shoulder. This was used to Show conversation as characters spoke back and forth- Another time this angle was used was to show the young boy as he looked out of the rear window of the car to watch his mother go out and help the lady that fell. Camera angles and techniques are used to show the audience what is happening in the film. They show us things that the characters may or may not see. When we are watching the film, every shot a scene is a camera angle. We are able to understand emotion, action, and everything happening though each angle, shot, or movement. We feel what the Character’s feel and it is like we are right there with them. The next Element is editing. In this extract there were lots of cuts, and fades. I noticed added camera flashes after the press conference. Editing is a technique used to"enhance" the film. It adds to the extract and makes some subjects and parts easier for us to understand The cuts in the film made the extract seem as if they were going back and forth between the past and the present. We, the audience, are able to identify the structure of the film and put the pieces together. The extract shows

"Flashbacks" and then goes to present time and what is happening.
